a. Why is Sears moving to network computers?

They think that they see some benefits with this because we get all the capabilities of a PC without the full-blown expenses and also for the customer for theme to track the services of the company.

b. What are the business benefits and limitations of using network computers?

BENEFITS
  • Can communicate easily to the customer and to the company.
  • Transaction process well be faster.
  • Customer can track the services of the company.
  • Customer well no longer go to the company branch they well just used an internet to order.
  • Fast Reliable customer service.
LIMITATIONS
  • Power Consumption high.
